Attention Baseball Players
All baseball players who report to tryouts on Monday March 19 must have turned in the following to the coaching staff: Permission slip, medical and player agreement forms. Community service hours must also be complete. See Coach Provost or Coach Briggs with questions of to pick up forms.

To all students:
If you are going to the game in Barre tonight, we are going to allow you to come in late tomorrow. You need to be in school before 8:40 so that you can get homework from your first period teacher. In order for this tardy to be excused, you will need to bring in your ticket stub from the game. If you do not have a ticket stub, or you arrive later than 8:40, then your tardy will not be excused.

- On Monday 3/12 there will be a mandatory meeting for all hockey players (boys) in Mr. Herrington’s room at 2:40p.m. All players should bring their WASHED game jerseys. A $25 cleaning fee will be assessed to any jersey that hasn’t been washed at least twice…In fact, for the most egregiously stinky jerseys a $100 fine will be charged.

Burr and Burton Presents A Theatrical Look at Environmental Harmony
Burr and Burton Academy's Performing Arts Department will present "The Lost Civilization," an original composition by composer- in-residence Don Knaack, the Junk Man, March 14 and 15 at 6:30 pm in the Riley Center. Underwritten by the school's Elizabeth C. Wilson Fund, as well as the Association of Vermont Recyclers, the Meet the Composer Fund of the New England Foundation for the Arts, the Vermont Arts Council, and the National Endowment for the Arts, "The Lost Civilization" is set in the future where we are living more harmoniously with the environment.
Well-known musician Don Knaack was commissioned to score the production and work with approximately 200 dance, drama, music and theater tech students to present this multi-layered theatrical experience known as a PRISM production.
Cash donations or canned food for local charities will be accepted as admission to the performances. Two matinée performances will also be given for local schools.

ATHLETIC UPDATE
Tonight's Division II Boy's basketball quarterfinal game against Fair Haven has been postponed until Saturday night (March 3rd) at 7:00 p.m. in the E.H. Henry Gymnasium. All pre-purchased tickets will be honored. There are no refunds.
No tickets will be sold at school today. Any remaining tickets will go on sale Saturday at 5:00 p.m. in the lobby of the Gym. Doors open for the game at 6:20 p.m.
