  • See this year’s one act play, “God” by Woody Allen, a fast-paced, zany comedy set in ancient Greece.  The running time is approximately 45 minutes.

It features a big, ensemble cast of BBA’s finest and a wonderful “Athenian” set. 

Performance dates:

Thursday March 8th at 6:30pm in the Riley Center

Friday March 16th at 6:30pm in the Riley Center

Saturday March 17th at 10:15am at Long Trail as part of the state One Act Festival

  • News flash:  The Roman Senate grumbles about Caesar’s dominance of the Ping Pong Table.  The Oracle has spoken.  Who is this Caesar?  What will the Senate do?  Find out at the Ping Pong tournament next Thursday in the cafeteria, after school.  Registration begins Monday March 12.  Beware the Ides of March!
  • Applications for admittance to The Governor’s institute of Vermont (summer study programs) are now in the Guidance Office. Students with interest in Arts, Asian Cultures, Current Issues, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematical Sciences or Science & technology will have intensive educational experiences on various VT campuses emphasizing experiential learning and community involvement. Deadline to return completed apps to Guidance is March 15. An exciting opportunity for motivated students!
  • The Social Awareness Club will meet every Wednesday right after school in Mrs. Niles room on the third floor of the Smith Center.
  • It’s that time, there will be a new Drivers Ed. class beginning on March 15th.  Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5 to 7 pm.  THIS CLASS IS FILLING UP, so do not delay, call today Bill or Cindy Herrmann at 375-6863.
  • Hola! Join us on the Mexico trip in June. It is not too late to sign up. Please see Mrs. Spring for information.
  • Attention all BBA Students: The warmer temperatures have created a great recipe for making snowballs.  Most of us enjoy snowball fights, but you need to understand that there is an element of risk every time you send a snowball flying through the air. Throwing snowballs into a crowd of students can inflict serious injury to a person’s face especially if they are hit unexpectedly.  For safety reasons, please refrain from throwing snowballs on campus. If you still have the urge to have a snowball fight, please take it off school grounds.

  • The try-outs for Midsummer Night’s Dream will take place on today in the Riley Center starting at 2:45. Sign up on the bulletin board on the English Hallway, first floor, Seminary Building. Thanks for sharing this information with other students!

  • If you are interested in one of the SAT prep classes, you need to sign up in the next few days.  If more students don’t sign up we may need to cancel one of two of the classes due to low enrollment.  See one of the guidance counselors if you need  more information about spring courses.
