All students interested in auditioning or working on A CHORUS LINE should come to a 30 minute meeting today, Tue 2/10/09 at 3:00pm in the Riley Center.  Information on the show and auditions will be discussed.  If you cannot make it please go and see Mr Raposa in the dance studio.

Please come out and support the 7 student directed and produced One Acts in the performing arts departments One Act Festival on Sat Feb 28th at 6:30pm.  There is a suggested $5-$10 donation.

Valentine's Day Flower Sale: The freshman class will be selling Valentine's Day Carnations in the Cafeterias during Lunch this Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. For $2.00 you can send someone special a carnation and Valentine's Day message. The flowers and messages will be delivered Thursday, February 12th during advisory. See one of the freshman class officers or Mr. Graf with any questions.

If you are parked on a snow bank in one of the Burr and Burton lots, you will receive a citation regardless of whether or not you have 4 wheel drive.  Please park only in the available parking spots.  Thank you!

Job Opportunity:  Basketball Referees Needed!  2 Students that can Ref 3rd and 4th grade girls basketball Jamboree on Saturday, March 7th from 9-3 at the Currier Memorial School in Danby.  $100 each for the day! Attention Juniors:  The registration deadline for the March 14th SAT is Tuesday, February 10th.  The registration deadline for the April 4th ACT to be held at BBA is February 27.  Please your counselor if you have questions about testing.

Various Summer Program Applications are available in the School and College Counseling office:

 MedQuest offers students currently enrolled in Grades 9.10 and 11 a six-day exposure to the range of health career opportunities available and an introduction to life on a college campus. They are looking for students interested in health professions, mathematics, science and technology.

 The Governor's Institutes of Vermont are week or two-week long programs in Arts, Asian Cultures, Engineering, Current Issues & Youth Activism, Information Technology, Mathematical Sciences, Science & Technology.  Applications are due to the School & College Counseling Office by 3/15.
