Woman’s Self Protection Awareness Class at Triad Fitness Center with Sensei Jon Bottoms. This class empowers women by building their mental and physical confidence with a practical application of martial arts techniques and common sense thinking. Class runs from October to July. There is LIMITED seating on the buses so it will be first come, first served!! You need to turn in a signed permission slip and $5 – see your school counselor or Mrs. Welsh if you need the forms.
