· On Friday May 30 at the Village Picture Shows, OVX, The Collaborative and the Event Planner Service Learners are showing the horror movie Prom Night! Tickets are $3 and the movie starts at midnight. There will be prizes for a prom horror costume contest, a spoof prom photo booth, and giveaways. Come get rowdy at Prom Night and bring some extra money for concessions!

· Burr and Burton Academy will host its annual Spring College Admission Program on Monday, May 19, from 7-9 pm in the Rowland Center. Presenters from Castleton, Skidmore, Smith and the College Board will share advice on a variety of topics including: The College Search and Match-making; Demystifying Selective College Admission; Right-On Essay Writing; and College Athletics. BBA counselors will also unveil a web-based program that supports a coordinated college admission process involving students, families and counselors. Sophomores, juniors and their parents are encouraged to attend.
