  • Attention Sophomores!

Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) is a dynamic, interactive educational program designed to prepare our country’s youth to become effective, ethical leaders in their home, school, workplace and community. Sophomore students who attend the Vermont seminar May 22-24 interact with leaders in business, government, education, media and non-profits; they get a realistic look at our nation, its people, and their role within the world community. Stop by the Guidance for an application.   Applications are due back in Guidance by Friday, December 7th.

  • This week only!!!!!  Come see “The Foreigner” – BBA’s fall comedy, Wed.-Sat., 6:30PM in the Riley Center.  Tickets on sale in the cafeteria, at the box office in the Riley Center, via the 24-hour ticket line (362-1775, ext. 144), or you can buy them right online and print them out:  BBA’s website, left hand column.  See you at the show!
  • Snowboard team; catch the bus in the upper parking lot after school on Friday for practice at the rec. Wear appropriate clothes i.e. sneakers, shorts or sweats and a shirt no jeans.
  • IMPORTANT REMINDER!!! There is a student Council Meeting this week at 7:15 Friday November 16th. Be there or else!!! YEARBOOK PHOTO will be taken of Student Council This Friday at the morning meeting.
  • Egyptian Kingdoms tour for April 2009 is now accepting applications. See Mrs. Spring to sign up.
  • Refuse to Use make up event on Monday, November 19th in the Hunter Seminar Room.  You must have completed 3 events by now to receive your pass.
  • Driver’s Ed: The November/December class is full.  The next class will start the first week of January/ending February.  Then there will not be another class until April/May.

  • ALL STUDENTS ENROLLED IN FIELD STUDY FOR THE SPRING SEMESTER:  Field Study Applications are due to Mr. Napolitano by Friday, November 16th.  Application forms are available through Mr. Napolitano or the Guidance Office.
  • Bromley and Stratton Season pass applications now available in the main office.

  • Men’s Indoor Lacrosse begins Thursday, November 29th at 6AM sharp. 

Players MUST have a helmet, mouthpiece, gloves and stick to participate (no exceptions)

Veteran players please bring all of your extra equipment for new players.

  • Thank you to everyone who has participated thus far in the local Yoplait “Save Lids to Save Lives” fundraiser.   Susan G. Komen for the Cure will receive 10 cents for every lid collected (up to $1.5 million) to help find a cure for breast cancer.  There is still time to deposit your pink lids into one of the three pink and white boxes located throughout the school campus.  The school collection deadline is the last day before Thanksgiving break - Tuesday, November 20th, 2007.
