  • World Cultures Club – meeting on Thursday, November 8 at 2:30 – Hunter Seminar Room to watch ‘Chocolat’!  New members are always welcome – see one of the Foreign Language teachers if you have any questions!
  • BBA Rock Climbing Club – All students who signed up for the rock climbing club please check your BBA email account for information regarding our first trip next Tuesday the 13th.   Any students that would still like to join the club please email Mr. Kelly at pkelly@burrburton.org  to get information.
  • The BBA Percussion Ensemble and Contemporary Music class will be performing this Friday November 9th at the First Congregational Church in Manchester at 6:30 p.m.
  • This Calliope Café will also feature an African Drum Circle with Otha Day, our BBA artist in residence scheduled for the week of November 26th.  

Donations will be accepted to help defray the cost of our guest artist.  See Julie Freebern for more information.

  • Driver’s Ed: The November/December class is full.  The next class will start the first week of January/ending February.  Then there will not be another class until April/May.

·         To the Composting Service Learning Group! In addition to meeting every Tuesday mornings, we will also meet every Thursdays at 2:45 outside of the library. In order to complete service learning requirements these meetings are mandatory! Please email or call Mara for details.

  • ALL STUDENTS ENROLLED IN FIELD STUDY FOR THE SPRING SEMESTER:  Field Study Applications are due to Mr. Napolitano by Friday, November 16th.  Application forms are available through Mr. Napolitano or the Guidance Office.

  • Bromley season pass applications are now available in the main office.
  • Thank you to everyone who has participated thus far in the local Yoplait “Save Lids to Save Lives” fundraiser.   Susan G. Komen for the Cure will receive 10 cents for every lid collected (up to $1.5 million) to help find a cure for breast cancer.  There is still time to deposit your pink lids into one of the three pink and white boxes located throughout the school campus.  The school collection deadline is the last day before Thanksgiving break - Tuesday, November 20th, 2007.
