  • Our friends at Yoplai are helping with our local fundraising efforts through their Save Lids to Save Lives® program. From September 1st through December 31st, Pink Yoplait lids collected in our local community will support our VT/NH Susan G. Komen for the Cure Affiliate, and we’re asking for your help. Here’s how:

1.         Start collecting pink lids from Yoplait® products.

2.         Wash them.

3.         Return them to the pink and white boxes located in the cafeteria, library, and with Mrs. Towslee in the front office of the Seminary building.

4.         We will pick them up and ship them back to Yoplait.

For every lid collected, Yoplait will donate 10¢ to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, up to $1.5 million!

This is a simple way for you to help us in our annual fundraising efforts so we can continue to serve the women in our community. For more information and great lid-collecting ideas, please visit www.yoplait.com.
Thank you for your support! Every lid matters. Start collecting yours today!

  • The  Bart Center at Bromley Mountain will be hosting the annual Sled Hockey game between the United Spinal Associations New York Rangers and the Vermont Sled Cats.  It will feature two local athletes: Eric Rose and Betsy Hurley. Game time is set for 6:00 on October 20 at Riley Rink.  Sled hockey is a way for those who are physically impaired to play hockey by using a piece of sit down equipment.

This fund raiser is in support of the Bart Center: an adaptive sports organization based at Bromley Mountain, providing sporting opportunities for those with special needs and their families.  It is a non-profit organization that independently raises all the money needed to fund their annual budget.

Reserve your tickets for either the game or the reception by calling the Riley Rink at 802-362-0150 or the Bart Center at 802-824-5522.  Tickets for the game and the Reception are $15.00 per person.  Come out and support a worthy cause.
