Daily Announcements

  • 2006 HOLIDAY BALL: The holiday ball has been rescheduled for Friday, January 12th, 2007 from 8-11 PM at the Manchester Eagles.  Tickets are still on sale.  Tickets are $8.00 per person or $12.00 per couple for pre-purchased tickets.  Guests must have prior approval from Mr. Prevost before purchasing a ticket. .  Music will be provided by “Denning Entertainment”.  The attire for the evening will be semi-formal; those students that are not dressed appropriate (per stated school policy) will not be permitted to attend.  See Mr. Prevost if you have any questions.

  • Come play ping pong every Monday & Thursday in the cafeteria.  It’s fun!
  • There will be a meeting of the cartoonist club at 2:45 this Thursday in Mr. Nicholson’s room.
  • Environmental Club meets every Monday after school in Mrs. spring’s room, all are welcome!
  • Important information for refuse to use participants: Refuse to Use event at Long Trail School Thursday, January 25th 3:30 PM- 5:30 PM.

Healthy Alternatives Fair-Wear loose fitting clothes to participate in Tai-Chi, Thai Massage, Yoga and Hip Hop Dance. If you plan to attend this event you must sign up with your Refuse to Use representative.

Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY) is a dynamic, interactive educational program designed to prepare our country’s youth to become effective, ethical leaders in their home, school, workplace and community. Sophomore students who attend the Vermont seminar May 24-27 interact with leaders in business, government, education, media and non-profits; they get a realistic look at our nation, its people, and their role within the world community. Stop by the Guidance for an application.   Applications are due back in Guidance by Friday, January 12th.
