·         STUDENTS ENROLLED IN FIELD STUDY FOR SECOND SEMESTER (A, B and C Block): Applications are due to Mr. Napolitano by Friday, December 1st.  See Mr. Napolitano for application forms.

·         All Field Hockey Players:  Dec. 16th at Indoor Action Sports Development Center will be a field hockey clinic.  If you are interested see Julie, Hannah Leech, or Courtney Leggett.  Spots are filling up fast. 

·         There will be a pre-season boys lacrosse meeting in the cafeteria on Tues., Nov. 28th @ 7pm.  All boys interested in signing up for lacrosse should plan to attend.

·         Re: Environmental Club… our next meeting will be held on Monday November 27th at 2:40 pm. in room 204 the Smith Center.

·         Guitar club meets today after school.  Mr. Sheets’s room: upstairs Rowland center.  Beginners welcome!

·         Can you say, ‘Twister’?  Bring a board game to school on Thursday & play after school.  Monopoly, Scrabble, Jenga.  Bring your favorite!!  Meet in Mr. Sheets’s room after school on Thursday

·         The parents of our Korean students have graciously invited a few of our students to join them for a few weeks in early summer. Students would fly from NYC to Seoul, South Korea and then travel 4 hours south to Daegu and will stay for approximately 3 weeks with one of our current Korean students. During this time students will assist in helping other Korean teenagers to improve their English skills, travel throughout the region visiting historical sites and will experience the Korean culture. The tentative dates for this trip are June 10th to July 2nd.   The Korean Parent Association is helping to fund nearly half of the airfare for the three students to participate this summer.  All meals and ground transportation will be provided. ·         Cartoonist Club: Come to a brief meeting on Thursday after school in Mr. Nicholson’s room.  Have your first submissions ready if you have not already turned them in.  If you are interested in joining, it is never too late.  Just stop on by.
