  • ALL FIELD STUDY STUDENTS: Mandatory meeting with Mr. Napolitano on Friday, October 20. Report to the Hunter Seminar Room the block you have Field Study.
  • ALL FIELD STUDY STUDENTS: Journals are due on Monday, October 23 (for A, B and C block students).Letter to the Editor is due on Monday, October 23 (for D and E block students)
  • Picture Retakes are scheduled for Monday, Nov. 6th.  If you did not have your picture taken yet, or if you are interested in having retakes, please see Sue in the Main office to sign up for a time slot.  Thanks!
  • The Salmen Connection ‘Cookbook Committee’ will be meeting Thursdays at 2:45 in Mrs. Spring’s room. New members are welcome!
  • Do you want a say in this year’s prom?  There will be a prom committee meeting Monday, October 15th after school at 2:45 in Ms.Valentine’s room.  Please join us!
  • Any Junior or Senior math students who are interested in being tutors for students in Algebra One, Algebra Two or Geometry should contact Mrs. Niles. This is a community service opportunity.
  • Seniors-if you will be 18 by November 7th (Election Day) you can vote if you get registered. Mrs. Ruth Harvey will be here at next Monday’s assembly and will register you after the assembly. You will need some proof of identity and address like a driver’s license, passport or copy of a birth certificate
  • Stratton Pass Applications are now available in the main office.

  • Attention: All Men’s Lacrosse Players (including freshmen).  Begin preparing for the spring season now by playing indoor lacrosse every Tuesday morning at 6 AM here in the BBA gym.

  • Stratton Mountain Job Fair:  On Tuesday, October 17th, Mrs. Reed, Head of Recruiting from Stratton Mountain Resort, will be at Burr & Burton from 11-1 to talk with students about seasonal job opportunities at Stratton.  The Job Fair will be in the cafeteria during lunch hours so that all students have the opportunity to visit with Mrs. Reed and hear about a wide variety of part time positions and the excellent benefits that the Stratton Mountain Resort has to offer.
