- CALLING ALL ARTISTS: The Vermont Department of Health is sponsoring a poster contest for Alcohol Awareness Month in April. The posters should reflect how alcohol is portrayed in movies, music and television and the damaging effects of this portrayal on youth. Prizes include iPODS and cash.
